Odell Brewing Company is committed to contributing to charitable programs in our serving area and to engaging our co-workers in our philanthropic efforts. Our charitable program is managed by a co-worker team that meets quarterly to choose which agencies to support. Odell Outreach is an extension of the brewery’s charitable giving program that enlists co-workers, family and friends to participate in volunteer activities throughout the community (Volunteer with Odell Outreach).
Primary areas of interest for donations include:
- Humanitarian, including:
- Children-at-risk
- Single parent families
- Elderly
- Environmental
- Educational
Charities of the Month
Our Charity of the Month program allocates all taster tray proceeds to non-profit organizations serving environmental, educational or humanitarian causes. The Tasting Room donation averages $1200 each month to the chosen charity. Our charities are chosen by an employee-led charitable committee, which oversees the disbursement of all our charitable contributions. Odell gives away all gross taster tray proceeds, as well as generous amounts of beer. In recognition of its continued community contributions, Odell was awarded the Outstanding Small Business Philanthropy award for the State of Colorado in 2004.
