I love this time of year around the brewery. Bay doors open up, nights are warmer, the sun is already coaxing the cellar awake before the morning coffee starts to drip, and calves start to peak out of shorts. Lots of very exciting things, to be sure. A new seasonal kicks into gear, as well. We took cues from the great rock troubadours of all time who changed tempo during their epic opuses for inspiration. You need look no further than Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody, Led Zeppelin’s Stairway to Heaven, and of course, Lionel Richie’s Say You, Say Me, to fully appreciate why we too must change with the times. The first 300BBLs of St. Lupulin are packed and on their way to adoring hopheads looking for a good hammock sipper.
