Shipping: Our license prohibits us from shipping beer directly to the consumer. We process online merchandise orders on weekdays only, within 1-3 days of receipt. Unless specified, we ship via Ground Shipment, at a flat rate. All orders are shipped via UPS. We cannot ship to P.O and A.P.O Boxes. Merchandise Exchange: We can exchange any unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us, with your order number and reason for the exchange, at [email protected]. Once your return order has been received, we will send the requested exchange, shipping fees may apply. All sale items purchased are final and cannot be returned.

We distribute in Colorado, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Illinois.

Fort Collins Brewery: Yes, we will fill any standard 64oz growler, whether it is from Odell or another brewery. We also have 32oz crowlers available for purchase.

Five Points Brewhouse: We do not fill any growlers at the Five Points Brewhouse, but we do offer 32 oz crowlers to go. We can only fill crowlers of our Five Points Exclusive beers.

Sloan’s Lake Brewhouse: Yes, we will fill any standard 64oz growler, whether it is from Odell or another brewery. We also have 32oz crowlers available for purchase.

We do not allow smoking or vaping on our property. Additionally, smoking or vaping is not allowed on or within 20 feet of outdoor patios abutting a public right-of-way or sidewalk.

Fort Collins Brewery: Well behaved dogs are welcome on our patio as long as they’re on leashes. Dogs are not allowed inside the tap room, other than while you are purchasing your beer. Please check our tap room page for dates when we do not allow dogs at the brewery due to capacity and safety concerns.

Five Points Brewhouse: We allow well behaved and leashed dogs on our street level patio only. Dogs aren’t allowed inside our facility do to safety concerns. Service dogs are always welcome.

Sloan’s Lake Brewhouse: We allow well behaved and leashed dogs on the upstairs patio at our Sloan’s Lake brewhouse. Please use the stairs on the northwest side of the building to directly access the upstairs patio. Dogs are not allowed inside of the brewhouse. Service dogs are always welcome.

Yes, but children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The brewery is a manufacturing environment with adult beverages, so please keep that in mind.

Yes, we have water and sodas at all locations. Depending on availability, we may have lemonade and N/A beers from an outside brewery. Please ask a taproom associate about our N/A options if interested!

We do not produce or package our own N/A beer.
